Residencial al Sol

Residencial al Sol was constructed during 2007 and first occupied early in 2008 and is as new. The builders, Cases Xalo, have an enviable reputation in the area for quality building and attention to detail. The residents are all friendly people, British and Dutch, who tend to keep an eye out for each other whilst respecting each others privacy. The houses are ideal for permanent living or, from a security aspect, perfect holiday homes. The current owners are mainly full time resident and one semi permanent.
